What We Teach

The style in our dojo is American Free Style Karate, which has its roots in Shotokan. It also incorporates other martial arts, including Tae Kwon Do, Akido, and groundwork in grappling/wrestling and Jiu Jitsu. We want our students to feel comfortable standing up and on the ground.
